David is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial markets industry, specializing in electronic distribution, trading platforms, post-trade optimization, and data analytics. He has held senior executive positions at leading firms including TP ICAP, ABN AMRO, and Goldman Sachs, and has served on the boards of organizations such as the European Venues and Intermediaries Association, Eurex Bonds, and ICAP Global Derivatives Ltd.

During his tenure at ABN AMRO and TP ICAP, David was a key ambassador for their graduate programs and played an active role in promoting diversity initiatives, with a strong focus on socio-economic inclusion.

Currently, David is a partner at Pennington Perkins, his own consultancy firm.
