Miles has worked for over 25 years in the financial and corporate information space. Previously, Miles was Head of Sales with Perfect Information (PI), a global equity analytics provider. Here he was instrumental in integrating a key acquisition into the core business, ultimately delivering record profits to PI. Miles has run successful sales teams across Dun & Bradstreet, Thomson Financial, and Bloomberg and intimately understands the technology and data space’s sales process.

He works in an advisory capacity in the global markets for CITYEXEC, helping businesses to implement sales strategies for high energy growth and managed key turn-around recruitment projects for under-performing teams. Miles specialises in executive search, sales training and consultancy.

Lucy heads up the APAC business for CITYEXEC as well as managing key global search mandates for clients. She has worked as a headhunter for over fifteen years. Her practice area has always been in data, technology and research, and the disciplines she focuses on are project recruitment, executive search and fast-track high-performance teams in APAC. She is focused heavily on financials, Index and sector-based research.

Lucy understands the sales and management structures needed to impact fast-growing subscription and research businesses. She has delivered numerous key global projects to the scale and within a budget that have led to successful acquisitions. Lucy is very passionate about diversity and advocating across all aspects of this topic within our industry. She focuses on grassroots change and helps consult many clients around attracting and retaining a robust D&I strategy to remain at the forefront of attracting talent.

Julia joined the CITYEXEC Singapore office in 2019 and has over ten years of sales experience within the financial and technology industry. Previously she worked as a Trading Representative for Maybank, selling equities and trading solutions to the buy-side.

Julia is an integral part of the global research and recruitment team, working on the project and exclusive search mandates within APAC.

Jane joined CITYEXEC Hong Kong in 2019, bringing over 20 years of professional client experience within various financial corporations and the aviation industry. A natural people person, she ensures that we communicate added value to our clients and candidates.

Jane supports our MDs and team of consultants whilst implementing research management and planning across APAC.

Coming from academia, Yan Song brings with him 5 years of research experience. He joined CITYEXEC in October 2021. Yan Song helps the business across the APAC region with finding and organizing data and research to make timely and effective hires.
