• Due to the proposed target market coverage and budgets our advice was to centralise operations in Singapore and to have an additional office in Hong Kong prior to roll out into mainland China
• We provided profiles and salary expectation levels for both management and regional coverage teams
• The Client was able to determine potential leadership candidates, an accurate hiring strategy, timeline and cost analysis
